Hi! My name is Hannah, your ReSet Specialist and Registered Dietitian. ReSet members can count on me to provide high-quality guidance and treatment strategies while also incorporating GLP-1 agonists such as Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. Specifically, my aim is to teach sustainable, lasting healthy lifestyle practices through customized nutrition education and counseling. Hi! Most of you in ReSet have likely spoken with me at least once. I am Stacy that works for DETS remotely, as I live in Reno. You can even say, I was the first ReSet patient as I started taking Tirzepatide just before we launched the program the end of 2022. I have lost 60ish pounds and feel AMAZING! I keep adjusting my "goal weight" and am working toward a BMI of 24.9 or less to prove to myself and all of my doctors that I can be HEALTHY and not listed as overweight or obese for the first time in my adult life. My pre-diabetes diagnosis is no longer thanks to this program, Hannah (and Melanie & Tannen) and GLP-1's. Hannah has been super encouraging and helped tweak my macro percentages so I can get over a plateau. Stick with us for the long haul and you will not be disappointed! I will be sprinkling in some tips and tricks that I have learned in adjusting my eating routine and actually making exercise a fun activity I look forward to which has NEVER come out of my mouth before. I hope you share your experiences, questions, wins and struggles with us here in the community. I am sure you are not alone in your questions.
