Cancellation Policy
Program Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your program subscription. To ensure a smooth process for both parties, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice: Patients are required to provide a minimum of 30 days notice before their next billing cycle to cancel their program subscription.
2. Billing Cycle: The billing cycle is defined as the period from one billing date to the next. Please refer to your billing statement for the exact dates of your billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Process: To cancel your program subscription, please submit a cancellation request at least two weeks before your next billing cycle. You can do this by contacting our customer support team via email or phone. Your cancellation will be confirmed via email once processed.
4. Effective Date of Cancellation: The effective date of cancellation will be the last day of your current billing cycle, provided that the cancellation request is received at least two weeks prior to that date. If the request is received less than two weeks before the next billing cycle, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.
5. No Retroactive Cancellations: We do not process retroactive cancellations. Once a billing cycle has begun, the cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle.
6. No Refunds for Partial Cycles: We do not provide refunds for partial billing cycles. If you cancel your subscription midway through a billing cycle, you will continue to have access to the program until the end of that cycle.
7. Exceptions/ Temporary holds: In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, surgeries, sickness, or extenuating personal circumstances, we may waive the 30 day notice requirement. Please contact our billing support team to discuss your situation. The billing support team will assess the request and may approve a temporary hold on the account until otherwise specified.
8. Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email or through our website.
By subscribing to our program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
